Returns

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

• Custom or made-to-order shoes are not eligible for return.

Refunds

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Exchanges

• If you need to exchange for a different size or style, contact us within 7 days.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs
